Rental Agreement:
- 1.1. This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Lessor ("Owner") and the Lessee ("Renter") for the rental of the following equipment: Oil Room Heater, Split AC, and Window AC ("Equipment").
- 1.2. The Agreement is effective as of the date signed by both parties and will remain in effect until the Equipment is returned to the Owner in satisfactory condition.
Rental Period:
- 2.1. The rental period ("Rental Period") shall commence on the date the Equipment is delivered to the Renter and will continue for the agreed-upon duration.
- 2.2. Extensions of the Rental Period may be granted at the discretion of the Owner and must be requested by the Renter at least 48 hours before the end of the original Rental Period.
Rental Fees and Payment:
- 3.1. The Renter agrees to pay the Owner a rental fee of INR [Specify Amount] per day/week/month for the Equipment.
- 3.2. A security deposit of INR [Specify Amount] is required at the beginning of the Rental Period. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the Equipment in satisfactory condition.
- 3.3. Payment is due in full at the start of the Rental Period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Use of Equipment:
- 4.1. The Renter agrees to use the Equipment in a safe and proper manner and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- 4.2. The Equipment shall not be used for any illegal purposes or in any manner that could cause damage to the Equipment or property.
Maintenance and Repairs:
- 5.1. The Renter is responsible for the routine maintenance and care of the Equipment during the Rental Period.
- 5.2. Any necessary repairs due to misuse or negligence by the Renter will be the responsibility of the Renter and will be deducted from the security deposit.
Damage and Loss:
- 6.1. The Renter is liable for any damage to or loss of the Equipment during the Rental Period.
- 6.2. In the event of loss or irreparable damage, the Renter agrees to compensate the Owner for the full replacement value of the Equipment.
Return of Equipment:
- 7.1. The Equipment must be returned to the Owner at the end of the Rental Period in the same condition as it was at the start, excluding normal wear and tear.
- 7.2. Late returns will incur an additional rental fee of INR [Specify Amount] per day.
Indemnification:
- 8.1. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Renter's use of the Equipment.
Termination:
- 9.1. The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Renter breaches any of the terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
- 10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction].
